Deb Hosterman

Church Office Manager

Deb was born and raised in Pennsylvania with her parents, two brothers, and two sisters. While her family slowly migrated to North Carolina, she moved to Chicago and worked in a variety of creative and marketing positions with Rand McNally and Houghton Mifflin before starting her own graphic design company in 1998.

She moved to North Carolina to be near her family in 2009, when her daughter Vivian was 5 years old. Vivian was a Kinderfrog at Central, and they both have very fond memories of her time in that wonderful program. Since moving to North Carolina, Deb has continued to freelance graphic design for clients in New York and Chicago, while also working part-time for a magazine publisher in Greensboro.

She has enjoyed volunteering for a variety of community programs over the years; and with Vivian now grown, she was seeking an opportunity to serve in a more meaningful way. Working at Central offered the opportunity to blend her heart for service with her practical strengths, and to honor God by supporting the work of Central and its many impactful ministries.

Deb Says:

I feel blessed and grateful to work at Central, where everyone seeks to honor God in their respective ministries.  My goal is to not only efficiently carry out the office and administrative operations of the church, but to serve Christ in every task. Whether it is a church member, business supplier, or someone from the community, it is my desire that His light will shine through every encounter,  however brief.
