Central’s next Helping Hands Day has been scheduled for Saturday, October 28th from 9:00 – 1:00. Our Mission Outreach Committee needs your help in two ways: 

1. We need 8-10 projects this fall to complete on this scheduled Saturday. Projects in the past have involved yard work, painting/staining, home repairs inside and outside, building handicap ramps, cleaning houses, just to name a few.
2. We need volunteers to participate in completing the projects on Saturday, October 28th
3. We also need Project Leaders to help lead the small group in completing the projects.

Please be in thoughtful prayer about participating in our next Helping Hands Day on Saturday, October 28th (rain date is Saturday, 11/04). If you are interested in participating or know of a possible project for the 28th, please contact Ross Reaves at 336-963-1593 or [email protected]. 

Beginning in September, we will have volunteer sign-up sheets in the lobby of the FLC at the 9:30 early service and in the Narthex at the 11:00 service. We hope you will consider helping us touch someone’s lives with us on Saturday, October 28th on our next Helping Hands Day!
